All widgets apart from OEE have the option to compare the data of the period to the preceding period:

For certain periods there is an additional option to compare the period to the matching preceding period (for example this year’s Jan-April to last year’s Jan-April) or to the whole period (this year’s Jan-April to last year’s Jan-Dec):
