How to engage with us?

Connecting with us is easy. After logging in:

  1. Click on your name and choose “Contact Support”.

Note: You can do the same on any of the “Contact Support” buttons you find in the system.

  1. Describe your problem in the chat window:

  1. Enter your e-mail address for the Support team, they will reply using that.

  1. Make sure to complete the steps, so a support ticket is opened (for example without entering the e-mail address, the Support team will not get your message).
