This page gives an overview on how to create demo users for potential clients who want to try out Evocon system. They will have a personal account to try out all the functionality and views in a demo tenant with randomly generated data. One of the biggest value for Evocon is the intuitive interface and how we present them the data, so we encourage you to grant your potential leads access to the system. We sometimes create demo accounts to potential leads before the first meeting, so they have a chance to play around alone already and get the feeling of the interface.

Usually there are 2 different databases where demo users can be created and both have their pros and cons. If our partnership is in a stage where you have your own demo database, you can use the Settings —> Users page in the system to create demo office users there, although if you don’t yet have it, you need to create users to Evocon demo user database. More explanations below.
The only way for the potential client to have an interactive product tour, is to create the user into Evocon’s database.

To do that, you need to request a password from your partner account manager (Karel) and use it to create demo users on this link: **https://evocon.com/createdemouser**

At one point in our partnership we will create you your own dedicated demo database. This is useful because you or people in your company are the only administrators, you can fully customise the system (language, stops, products, shifts etc) according to your preferences and you can create unlimited amount of demo users that don’t expire. You can then use it for demo purposes and the clients see the system in local language and how you want them to see it.
Log in to your database and go to Settings —> Users —> Add user. Select the Office User role. Assign stations they need to see, apply read & write permissions, so they can try out the functions. Press save.
