To display Evocon (Shift View, Dashboard or any other module) on a TV, there are a couple of things to keep in mind.

First, there is no separate app, so logging in via a browser is necessary. Usually, a generic read only shift view or office user account with minimal necessary access permissions is created for this. To find the best option for you, please check the information about user accounts **here.**

It depends on the TV (and the browser on it) whether Evocon works at all and if it works well. We have seen some customers having issues with outdated browsers. And the compatibility may break because the TV manufacturers are not providing updates for newer functionality and security standards. This is why we can not guarantee Evocon working on TVs.

Also, the resolution might cause the TV to display tablet view instead of the desktop view (more info on the display modes can be found here). In this case we suggest using the Chrome zoom option to get the best result, but this is not a guaranteed solution.

If using the TV’s built-in browser does not work, please consider connecting the TV to a laptop or computer and displaying Evocon that way - using the most up-to-date Chrome available.

For Dashboard, it is possible to use the rotation function to display several tabs full of widgets with precisely the information you deem necessary. More information on the rotation functionality can be found here.

Chrome add-ons like “Revolver” can also be used to automatically switch between different browser tabs (Shift view and Dashboard for example).

It is also possible to show multiple Evocon views in a grid:
