In case there are planned and regular production stops that need the same specific stop reason to be added at the same regular time, you can use the auto-commenting function for downtime.

If there aren’t any production events (manually added stop reasons, signals, etc), then the empty shift reason will overwrite the auto-comments and cover the whole shift with the single reason after the shift has ended.

Go to Settings
Open the Shifts card and select the station and shift you need to add the auto-commenting to
Click on the “+ Auto-commenting” button below
Specify the time, stop reason and location (if you use locations) information
Click “Save”. It is enabled by default after saving but can be disabled, edited and deleted at any time.
Click “Save” to confirm.

Auto-comment is set for a specific timeframe and any stop within that timeframe is commented with the reason you have specified as the auto-comment reason, and all signals are counted as well - so nothing is lost.
