It is possible to edit general user information under the profile - such as the user’s name and e-mail. This could be helpful when the user’s name changes when they are, for example, married. Or when the company changes the e-mail address formats.

Profile settings can be accessed from the main menu - click on your username (or the profile icon) and select “Edit profile”:

It is possible to change:

• Profile picture
  • Click on the picture to get the available options.
  • Select a new one by clicking on it and confirm by clicking “Save”.
• Name
• E-mail address
• Selected language
  • Open the dropdown and select the suitable language.

It is not possible to change:

• Your role
  • If this is needed, contact an administrator to do this.
• Your username
  • If a new username is needed, a new account must be created - contact an administrator to have this done.
