This exporting option is for the downloadable data files and the custom reports many customers are using. Since these reports might hold a lot of data, we have created a solution for downloading it, that does not have the risk of timing out (due to the large data amount).

The aim is to provide all the data you need for any analysis that is not available in the standard reporting, in one file with a single export.

How to export downloadable reports?

1. Go to Reports

2. Click on the report you wish to download from the data files or custom reports:

   

3. Select the time period and station(s) to include:

   

4. Click on “Export”

   • If the report is ready in less than 10 seconds, it will be downloaded directly from the browser to your computer.
   • If the report query takes longer than 10 seconds, after it has finished processing, the download link is sent to the user’s e-mail. The link is valid for 72 hours.
