Before billing/invoicing
First, we give customers an indication of the license prices, the final price is offered when all customer requirements are agreed. Then we make an offer e.g., step pricing. This is to avoid any binding price agreements before the whole scope of the implementation is clear and can be consider for offering and negotiations with the Clients. Once the Client has confirmed the order we will move to invoicing.
Data that Evocon requires to create invoices:
Terms of payment:
When a Client has confirmed an offer with all the costs involved. Then Partner sends a request to Evocon to issue an invoice in the form as shown in the following example:
License subscription fees are always invoiced at the beginning of the licensing period. For example, subscription period starts from 1st of June then Evocon will issue an invoice with the date 01/06/year.
The invoices will be sent to the customer either by Evocon or the Partner. In the latter case Evocon will send the invoices to the Partner who will forward it to the customer.
Invoicing cycles
We now offer two commitment options: a one-year plan and a three-year plan. The longer plans help reduce administrative overhead and provide better long-term stability for both the client and Evocon. They also give us more flexibility when negotiating pricing, as we can offer discounts in exchange for a longer commitment.
