What does the “Live” indicator show?

The live indicator in Shift View helps to differentiate the ongoing shift from past ones. The indication is pulsing green dot in the header:

What does the “Offline” indicator show?

In case there are issues with the Evocon device connectivity, it displays “Offline” in red instead of the green “Online” indicator. It is possible for administrative users to follow the status of Evocon datalogger devices in Settings (under Devices). This is to ensure that issues with the device or connectivity would be discovered quicker - as operators can also see it on the Shift View, and so the disruption would be minimized.

In addition to the red “Offline” indicator in header, there is also a notification popup with the device information (device serial number and when it was last online). The HELP-button is available when the logged in user has administrative access (so they can troubleshoot the device under Settings), it is not displayed to the Shift View and Office users:

The notification can only be closed from the X-button and it will not be shown again unless the device goes offline again. However, it can be opened again from the “Offline” indicator.

<aside> ❗ Please note that if the device offline notification is open, then Checklist notifications are not visible.
