Now that the client has completed the free trial, they might have a clear understanding of what additional hardware is required for the new lines. In this case, feedback the hardware request to your account manager.
Otherwise, the support team can help specify the hardware required. As always, a short video clip is the most efficient way.
Once the hardware is specified, you will receive a formal quote from Evocon for all hardware (including trial hardware, if not already invoiced). Please share this with your client and confirm that they agree to the cost. Once they agree, the hardware will be delivered by DHL, as before.
During the trial, the client will have set up their Evocon database for their production including stops reasons, speed losses, products, etc.
When adding additional licenses, it is important to understand if the same settings are applicable for the new stations. For example;

We recommend discussing an implementation timeline with your client and using this as a basis for scheduling the license fees payment.
For example, if a client has completed the trial and wants to implement Evocon on three new lines immediately, all licenses can be invoiced at the same time once the hardware has been delivered. Alternatively, if a client orders thirty licenses and is going to slowly roll out implementation, you will want to schedule invoice dates that align with this.
Regardless of implementation times, hardware costs will be invoiced at the time of shipment.
