Sensor signals can be configured so that each signal by that specific sensor is marked as scrap and also a specific scrap reason is added automatically.

For example, you can have a system that uses a scale as a weight checking point. If the scales give the under- or overweight signal, then the item (or a set of items) is rejected to the side. And this reject would be automatically counted and commented with a scrap reason you have previously chosen.
