As an Authorized Evocon Partner, you are encouraged to offer your clients and potential prospects the opportunity to trial Evocon on one of their production lines. Evocon’s free trial is a 30-day test run of OEE tracking and production monitoring at the client’s factory. Offering the free trial greatly improves the chances of converting a lead into a paying customer and reduces the time taken to close a deal. Based on our experience, 90% of customers who trial Evocon will become paying clients, and 85% will request additional licenses.
The OEE solution market is very competitive, and part of our competitive advantage is our highly rated customer support and fast implementation times.
As our Partner, you are an extension of the Evocon brand, and we expect you to uphold these values and follow company procedures. Please familiarise yourself with the content of this Free Trial Success Guide and our Service Level Agreement. As our Partner, you are the first line of support for Evocon, so please ensure that you meet these standards. In return, we commit to providing the same, highly rated support from Evocon as our direct clients to you and your clients.
Trial Period. The trial period is 30-days, starting on the day the customer starts using the services provided by Evocon, i.e., from the moment the service is up and running.
No Service Fees. The customer will not be charged for the service during the trial period.
Hardware. The customer will not pay for the ordered hardware used for services during the trial period, provided the hardware is returned to Evocon within 14 days from the end of the trial period in a resalable condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees of returns. In the event the customer does not start utilizing the granted trial within 30 days from the receipt of the hardware, the customer shall return the Hardware to Evocon within three days after the 30-day period, provided the hardware is in a resalable condition.
Access to Services after trial period. Unless the customer subscribes to chargeable services, the customer’s access to the services will be canceled at the end of the trial period.
Integrations. Integrations with third-party industrial products (ERP, MES, etc.) are not included in the free trial implementation process and will be considered on a case-by-case basis for paying customers.
