30 days have passed and the trial is coming to an end! It is now time for the Project Champion to evaluate the success of the trial. Important questions to ask the product champion are;

• Were the previous weeks’ objectives met?

• Has the Evocon test period brought up change in the company’s culture?

• Is there anything new that they have learned about their production that they were not aware of? Remember that the majority of clients overestimate their OEE by double-digit percentage points before the start of the trial.

• Is Evocon a fit to help the client with their challenges (stated by the client before the trial) and to drive the desired outcomes?

• Do they have a more accurate measure of OEE? Has OEE improved?

• Are there any other lines where Evocon would be useful?

• And most importantly, do they want to continue using Evocon?
