For Evocon to function correctly and track production in real-time, the customer will need to configure the settings detailed prior to starting the trial. It should be emphasised that this is the minimum information required and that it doesn’t have to be 100% accurate, as it can be modified later. For a more detailed guide please refer to and share with the client the How to Set-Up Evocon guide.
Evocon does not require installing any special software. It runs on any modern browser. For the best experience, use Google Chrome or a Google Chrome-based browser. The login page is at app.evocon.com.
User Accounts
The project champion should at a minimum, create an additional Shift View user account so that the operators can gain access to Shift View. As a Shift View user, they will be able to enter stop reasons, product changeovers, and scrap data but won’t have administrative rights.
It is not necessary to have an individual account per operator. Instead, operators can use one account and register themselves at the start of the shift using the register operator(s) feature.
Click here for a more detailed guide for setting up user accounts.
<aside> 👥 Evocon licenses come with unlimited user accounts. Our recommendation is to create a product administrator account, one account per line or station, and one account per office user.

Operators
Operators are connected to stations and shifts. Defining them and making sure that they register themselves for shifts gives the possibility to analyse production reports based on people and teams.
